"Despite having problems with their water. This motel could have just let us figure it out and took our money. Instead they contacted me until I spoke with them and explained the situation. They offered to cancel the room. But I told them it would be okay. They gave us discounts and I did the pre-check in. When I got there. Everything was waiting for me. I signed one paper about the pet policy and was on my way to my room. Thank you for making sure communication was key. My family truly enjoyed the stay. "

"Great family stay. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 4 kids. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfy. Good size pool for the kids. Breakfast had numerous options plus a protein option every day. Staff was very helpful and courteous. We would stay here again. "

"This is a very nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. It’s within walking distance of the waterfront, and there is a cute little heated pool. We arrived about an hour before check in and just wanted to park in the lot as parking was very hard to find in the busy downtown. However, we were welcomed into our room and given walking directions. It was a very comfortable stay."
