“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“The spacious property allows for family get-togethers and met our needs perfectly. The cabins are old, but well maintained, and clean. Robinhood offered a relaxing stay.”

“We just completed a 10 Day road trip up the coast and we stayed at five different hotels, and this one was the best. The hotel seems very new, so cleanliness was perfect. The room was comfortable and spotless, with probably the best room design of any hotel that I have ever stayed at. From the cabinet (with fridge) that was above the AC unit, so the slide out luggage holder, I was just impressed. I would stay here again.”

“Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The property is older but very clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome!! Friendly, helpful. Clientele very descent. Real breakfast each morning. The area is easy to get to and get around. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again and direct anyone I know to stay here too!!”
