Hotel lobby looks nice and clean. However, the rooms are super dark , no air conditioning and when asked staff about it they said they can’t do anything about it as itis. We were swating untile morning and the window was super scary with a trouble view. Very small bathroom and every weren’t clean enough. Location is the only thing that is perfect.

We stay at this hotel every time I visit istanbul . The location is perfect, close to the metro , cross the street and you’re in taxim square ,( food ,shopping, coffee , divine dessert and much more) . The staff is very helpful, and go the extra distance for their guest . Price is also excellent! The beads are not the most comfortable., but it’s not a deal breaker for me . I love this hotel ( my little gem )

Good location. There was not really a sea view as in the pictures, and smaller than in looks in the pictures. The room smelled a bit odd. Conveniently located next to Taksim square and shopping.

I always book same hotel when visiting Istanbul. Hotel is very convenient in terms of location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious however we suffered from unavailability of internet connection on our floor (2nd).

Clean and tidy room, staff pleasant and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing - we only ate there once - Lots of places nearby to eat so we went out for breakfast. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that. Good comfortable nights sleep, a bit noisy with the main stretch of Taksim Square being so close. Lots of site seeing places close by so easy access to other places.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The rooms were clean overall. Our first room had a noticeable smoke odor (apparently from smoking on that floor) and was quite noisy. After we requested a change, staff moved us to a different room on another floor, and it was a big improvement. Once switched rooms, the stay was great.

My stay got off to a very disappointing start. I was initially allocated a smoking room with no natural light, a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke, and very tired, run-down furnishings. The room was unpleasant and far below the standard I would expect from a hotel. When I raised my concerns with reception, I felt my complaint was brushed aside. I was told the hotel was fully booked and that nothing could be done until the following day. This was extremely frustrating, as it meant spending the first night of my holiday in a room that was uncomfortable, smelly, and far from welcoming. I struggled to get a decent night's sleep. I also contacted Expedia via their online chat. Although the representative was polite and made an effort to help, unfortunately, no alternative accommodation could be arranged, and I had no choice but to remain in the room for the night. Expedia subsequently offered me a £30 goodwill gesture in the form of Expedia Cash, which I have yet to receive. Thankfully, things improved considerably on the second day, when I was moved to a different room. The contrast between the two rooms was striking, and I believe the hotel needs to address the condition of its smoking rooms, particularly those without natural light. Overall, the hotel is in a good location and offers good value for money. My advice to anyone considering this property is to request a non-smoking room when booking and confirm this directly with the hotel beforehand. If possible, specifically
