Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat.
Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.
Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention.
Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them. "The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every one of them is excellent. Friendly and helpful. I arrived off the sleeper and they wen out of their way to make sure I got into my room early. My upgraded room was comfortable and had wonderful views. Breakfasts were very good. I’ll definitely stay here again. "

The bathroom was the smallest but most functional I've ever had. Alan was really helpful with the map to find the best places about and tide table for visiting St Michaels Mount. "Beautiful space, tasefully decorated. Host has thought of everything you could possibly ever need during the stay. Lovely to have fresh bread, butter and selection of preserves, and milk. Plus the bonus of bottled water, and 2 cans of alcohol. Close to high street, shops and restaurants etc. Perfect place to unwind. Will definitely be staying again"

"The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great and very clean. The views were lovely and the pool looked great although the weather was not conducive to swimming. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. I especially liked the pastries on the buffet and the cooked breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay."
