Only a short drive to Javea’s sandy beach, its historic old town and fishing port. Also nearby are the tourist resorts Calpe, Moraira, Denia and Benidorm, plus numerous supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, golf courses and theme parks.

The heart of the house is the glazed naya (conservatory) overlooking the pool with views of the sea. South facing, its the perfect place to start the day by having breakfast as the sun streams in.

* Villa will be cleaned for your arrival and when you depart. Bed linen provided. 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel per person. Extra towel sets available for an extra £20 but we do have a washing machine so you can use this at your convenience.

* Prices are fully inclusive of local taxes and utilities (one exception is gas which is extra only in the winter months but you can use the air con for heating instead). No hidden extras unlike some other rentals. The villa will be cleaned before and after your stay. No need for you to lift a finger, relax and enjoy! Flexible changeover day except in peak times when we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

ABOUT JAVEA

Javea itself is just such a fantastic place for a holiday, a lush, green mountainous area full of coves, cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches. Javea has something for everyone with three distinct and separate areas: the historic old town, the traditional Spanish fishing village port area and the international tourist beach area full of a variety of bars and restaurants.

Principally the main attraction of Javea is the crescent-shaped sheltered bay with the wide sandy beach. The waters are shallow and safe for children. The promenade lining the beach is pedestrianised so your family can safely wander in front of the beach and choose from the incredible variety of bars and restaurants serving all kinds of different types of foods.

LIVING AREA

Large, comfortable and spacious open plan living room with formal dining area for 8. Two sofas…comfortable and relaxing!

Features exposed beams. Sea views and pool views. Cable TV with a huge amount of channels, movies, sports, different European language channels.

KITCHEN

Well-equipped modern kitchen, contains everything you need i.e. fridge, freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Of course we have plenty of pans, plates, cutlery and all the important accessories you would expect to find in a modern kitchen.

TWIN BEDROOM 1 & 2

The living room has a hallway which leads to two double bedrooms, both with twin beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

We have a hairdryer in the villa and in the first bedroom cupboard is an iron and ironing board.

Both rooms have sea views and pool views.

We have plenty of storage space and lots of coat hangers.

FAMILY BATHROOM

At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom with bath, sink, shower and bidet.

MASTER BEDROOM

Upstairs all on it’s own is the south facing master bedroom with double patio doors opening onto a large balcony with bistro table and two chairs and wonderful close sea views.

The bed is a king-size and has a ceiling fan above it.

The en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

In the cupboard is a safe to protect your valuables. Note that there are a highchair downstairs.

FOURTH BEDROOM (EXTERNAL)

Downstairs is the separate fourth bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

This large bedroom is ideally suited for either teenagers for a couple who wish to have their own privacy away from the rest of the house. You access this room around the left-hand side of the house, either from the front or back. It has it's own front door which can be securely locked. This room has a ceiling fan.

NAYA/CONSERVATORY

The south facing naya (conservatory) is really the heart of the house and an area people love to be in.

A great area to relax and chill, this is joined to the living room in an open plan way and wraps round the side of the house.

The large windows overlook the pool and terrace with fantastic sea views. Going round to the right to the side of the house there is the garden and the entrance to the villa.

The naya is the place to relax with the large windows letting maximum sunlight in. There is a two person sofa, large coffee table.

There is a informal dining table and 8 chairs where people can go to read or play cards away from the television in the lounge.

INTERNET

Bring your mobile phone, netbook or laptop and you can log on to our secure high-speed WIFI to connect to the Internet.

FANTASTIC SEA VIEWS

Our unique sea views are our best feature because many other villas will not have any views at all. We are very fortunate to be very close to the Mediterranean Sea. You can even see the famous Calpe rock.

SOUTH-FACING FOR MAXIMUM SUN

The World Health Organisation has rated the climate here on the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest in the world with around 320 days of sun. Our south facing villa has been positioned to ensure maximum ‘dawn to dusk’ sun on the pool and terrace.

There are 8 sun loungers of which 4 have special shades to block the sun from your face, 2 large parasols to provide shade, large table for eating outside, 8 chairs and gas barbecue.

LARGE TERRACE

The shaded table and chairs is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining and for relaxing and sipping cool drinks at the end of a perfect day.

This area is south facing so it gets the sun all day. There are good sea views and views across the green hillside. Why not even start the day on the terrace for breakfast?

SECURE PARKING AND SECURE FOR CHILDREN

There is secure parking on the drive at the front of the house for two cars.
When you shut the large entrance gates you can feel safe in the knowledge that your children are within the grounds and unable to ‘sneak out’.

There are just a handful of steps from the driveway down to the main level of the villa with a handrail for safety.

Children will love it here and you will be able to watch them from inside the naya which overlooks the pool.

LARGE PRIVATE GROUNDS

The large grounds of over 1200m2 are well-fenced and very secure. The garden has been extensively landscaped for your privacy and enjoyment with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees.

GETTING HERE

The easiest way to get to Javea is by direct flight to Alicante and there are many charter and scheduled airlines. From here, we recommend hiring a car, which can be arranged prior to travel and then driving to Javea. The journey takes just over an hour and a quarter and is very straightforward, mostly all motorway.

It is also possible to fly to Valencia which is about an hour and a half away. Or a third option is Murcia airport to the south of Alicante. We send very detailed instructions in our info pack when you book with us.
