“It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would……

“Helt ok. Fint design, men ikke særlig praktisk. Utrolig lytt på alle rom. Det er en stor åpning inn til badet på privatrom, som gjør at mange insekter og dyr kommer inn på rommet. Dorm har ikke aircondition, kun vifte. Frokost er helt ok, lite utvalg. Fin beliggenhet til playa hermosa, men veldig langt unna alt annet. Avhengig av taxi eller atv/bil for å kunne gjøre noe annet enn å være på Dreamsea / stranden. Veldig god soda rett i nærheten og en liten dagligvare - dog er denne dyrere enn……
