“Comfortable place. Two beds in the room, that was unexpected. Nice. Staff need to be more attentive when . Serving and at the bar. But free breakfast was very good. Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses.”

“There is a lot to share about our experience. Our family of four booked this hotel for three nights to relax after some earlier adventures. Unfortunately we got some pretty terrible weather. We were the only ones staying on the property for the majority of our stay. In the high season they have a guard station and a restaurant. In the low season they are not fully staffed. “Located on a superb beach. Welcoming staff always happy to accommodate (I had an upgrade to the dome huge room with the amazing ocean view for a very little extra fee). Breakfast was generous and delicious. Natalia the owner always smiling and helping… I will definitely go back to Casa Cecilia”

“Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen in einem sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Kein Service trotz vorhandenem Personal, keine Geschirrtücher, Duschtücher trocknen in dem Klima nicht, werden aber auch nicht gewechselt, die Dusche verdient den Namen nicht. Die Straßen generell und die Zufahrt im Besonderen sind eine Zumutung, der Zugang zum Strand ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Daneben war eine teilweise sehr laute Truppe, am übernächsten Grundstück wurde mit enormen Geräuschentwicklung……

“The property is beautiful, Tomas is incredibly helpful and passionate, comfy bed, nice pools, yummy breakfast (bread/ jellies, coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruits, eggs) & close to beaches and Bioluminescent tour in secluded area so plenty of nature to enjoy. “Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that……
