"The only thing I can find issue with is the fact that one of the bedrooms has no a/c and the family room a/c blows directly on the people sitting on the couch. But given the usual temps there the majority of the time a/c isn't often needed. "

"So many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner within waking distance for most, the room was a large updated clean suite with 2 bathrooms and rain showers and huge bathtub in the master bedroom. They offer fresh coffee every morning. The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is huge! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer! "

It’s a short walk to shops and restaurants in Lincoln and a great base for all activities in the White Mountains. Would love to return sometime!"

"Our stay was wonderful. We stayed in Lincoln for our daughters wedding. 4 adults for 2 nights, 3 days.Beth was a fantastic host. She replied promptly, explained the process easily, and everything was just as she said.The condo was easily located, very clean, and had everything we needed. The decor is country style, much like the town. Not modern style or cold looking by any means, and that suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable and clean, that made all the difference to our tired bodies. The surrounding condos were quiet, as was the street. We'll definitely book with Beth again if we travel to Lincoln in the future."

"We rented this awesome house for a few days during school vacation week. The house was clean and well maintained with many amenities (great downstairs for the kiddos) and it was a quiet street close to everything you could need. We will def look to visit again in the future!"

"The location and space were perfect for our little midwinter adventure. Lots of room and comfortable. There had been a little ice-dam leak problem as happens around here, but the hosts had it handled and let us know in advance. They were also friendly and accommodating to us around timing due to weather. I highly recommend."

"Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!"

"Firstly, Taylor was amazing at communicating, right from booking. The property was so easy to get to, clean and modern. The gas fireplace was cozy, the coffee nook was stocked, the kitchen appliances weren’t damaged or old, the mattresses were amazing. The best part was the hot tub, which was just what mom and dad needed after putting our toddler to bed after a long day in the rainy, wintery mix, complete with Instagram-perfect neon sign and Edison lights. Taylor immediately helped us find great places to visit In the area. We took a gondola up Loon, and visited the Cog Railway. Littleton had so much to offer but our 2yo was pooped so we stopped at Schilling Brewery for a perfect winter comfort stop. There was so much else we wanted to do but ran out of time. I would love to come back and get some use of the fire pit out back. The house was absolutely perfect for our family and our lounge hound Otis. 10/10. 5 stars. Siskel and Ebert 👍👍"
