this is a great hotel to stay at with children. Indoor pool in case it’s storming out outdoor pool for when it’s nice and addition there is an arcade. The building itself is a little old and outdated but clean. The staff was wonderful. The continental breakfast Includes waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit etc. We will definitely stay again!

This was a decent place for our family. Breakfast was OK and they had waffles you can make. Our room was well supplied, but needs some maintenance. Overall we would go back

Check in was a breeze. The cabin was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. However for some reason it was very damp and no matter what we did the dampness did not go away. Tried the AC on cool and dry. Nothing helped. It was disappointing because we really enjoyed everything else. The pools were clean and well maintained and the breakfast was adequate. We expecially enjoyed the special attention at the waffle makers!!

I love staying here with my kids Having the indoor and outdoor pool is amazing and having joining rooms is another plus. Staff is friendly and close to everything I need in beautiful Lincoln New Hampshire

Quiet, grounds were bright at night so we felt safe. Breakfast wasnt bad, the lady doing it was very pleasant and engaged w guests. Bed was comfy and fridge was large. I would definitely stay here again!

Average stay at a low-price hotel that we choose for location and convenience. We were doing some hiking in the area and wanted to spend our money on good food and drinks rather than a room that we would only use to sleep in. So we didn't mind that the property wasn't scenic or up-to-date, etc. However, we did expect it to be clean. The bathroom was pretty dirty, sadly, and smelled bad. There was visible dirt and grime in several places in the bathroom. On the positive side, the bed sheets were clean, and the main sleeping room was tidy. Also, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in/out.

You’re out of luck if it’s bike week or 30 kids end up staying there. Up all night with screaming kids. Definitely cheap, definitely could use some face lift. Kind of figured as much with $120 a night. Would stay again if I wanted to save the money. If you want better amenities pay extra and go somewhere else.
