"The property is on a quiet street with easy walking access to the lake. The trees on the west side of the property helped keep the cabin cool in the afternoon. We appreciated the array of kitchen pots and pans, and the living room was spacious. We had originally planned to eat out a couple of times, but cooking and eating in the cabin just seemed so pleasant so we didn't stray for meals. "

" The spaciousness & ambiance of the lovely place welcomed us .. the view of the Wallowa Mts was a breathtaking sight from large windows. There’s cozy seating for reading/chatting or TV time. Lots of room to spread out in. Kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of counter space. Comfortable bed/ bedding made for a wonderful night’s sleep. We liked the convenience of a washer/dryer/iron too. Downtown Joseph is a short walk away & very convenient with shops, art galleries, grocery, delicious coffee spots & restaurants. Fun to chat with friendly people. We also walked to the foot Wallowa Lake and took in the majesty of it all! Loved this place and it’s accessibility!"
