The Space:

Inside, the home centers around a large open-concept living space with two separate bedroom wings extending from either side. All four king bedrooms open directly to the backyard through large sliding glass doors, giving every guest their own connection to the landscape and amenities while maintaining privacy throughout the stay.



The interiors are warm and cinematic, with smoked wood tones, black stone, ambient lighting, and floor-to-ceiling glass that shifts with the desert light throughout the day.

- 2 King Ensuite Bedrooms; one with a large walk-in shower/tub and the other with an indoor/outdoor shower and tub setup

- 1 King Ensuite Bedroom

- 1 King Bedroom with full bathroom across the hall

- 2 Pull out Twin beds that can be placed in any room



🌵Outdoor Living



The backyard is the focal point of the property. Framed by 180-degree mountain views, the space is fully fenced in and features an in-ground pool + hot tub, private pickleball court, barrel sauna, stargazing dome, mini putt course, outdoor soaking tub, firepit lounge, hammocks, shaded daybed, outdoor shower, outdoor games, and multiple spaces to gather or practice yoga throughout the day.



Whether you’re spending the afternoon on the baja shelf with a drink in hand, watching a game or hosting dinner beneath the covered patio, playing pickleball at golden hour, or moving between the sauna and cold desert air after sunset - Blackwell was built to be experienced both indoors and out.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor areas on the property. Custom keypad access code provided.



Other Things to Note:

- This is a desert environment, so expect wind, dust, and wildlife

- Please follow all pool and firepit safety guidelines

- Starlink WiFi is provided

- The property is dog-friendly and backyard is fully fenced. Please supervise pets at all times, as wildlife such as coyotes, snakes, and hawks are common in the area.

- We ask that you adhere to our house rules and treat our home with respect. And please be a good neighbor!



Check-in;


Detailed check-in instructions will be shared after 11am the morning of your arrival. Our guidebook, which you'll also receive, includes everything you’ll need for a seamless stay.



Early check-in / late check-out;


Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.



Events & retreats;


Small gatherings or retreats may be considered with prior approval. Please reach out in advance to discuss details.
