"Great Breakfast. Food Service staff was excellent. Room was clean and spacious and loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash!! Room was veey clean, smelled good, the only complaint is that their TV's are not SMART TV. The Samsung TV was not capable to watch Netflix Hulu, Tubi and other streaming services on my accounts because the hotel has it set up for just their tv channels. It 2025 and for the level of customer service at a Holiday Inn Express, their TV should be updated, so it was a bummer to watch news, and old TV shows But other than the TV issue it was"

"Great for families who need extra space! We were jetlagged after flying in from Spain so my toddler and I went to bed super early. It was nice having a living room space separate from the bedroom so my husband could stay up later and watch tv. Staff were all friendly, breakfast was great, and we were even surprised to get free happy hour drinks upon arrival. Will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we travel through Dallas! "
