The Hualalai Resort will host the annual Chairman’s Club event from December 1–6, 2025. Please note that access to certain resort amenities may be limited or restricted during this time for residential rental guests. We recommend inquiring prior to booking if your stay falls within these dates. Our team is happy to assist with any questions to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Set on a bluff in the newest residential community at the exclusive Hualalai Resort, this luxury ocean-view estate home provides the ideal setting for a family or friends getaway to paradise. The home boasts over 3,460 square feet of interior space, with impeccable décor by the award winning Willman Interiors. Private outdoor space includes a spacious covered lanai area, infinity pool, spa with waterfall overflow, barbecue area with mini fridge and abundant counter prep space, hammock, and professionally landscaped yard. Panoramic ocean, sunset and coastline views stretch as far as the eye can see, offering a rare combination of vistas including Mt. Hualalai, Mauna Kea, and the Kohala Mountains.

Soothing neutral tones, an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings with exposed mahogany trim and cove lighting offer guests a serene and opulent space to unwind. Sliding glass pocket doors, both in the front entryway and out to the lanai, provide an expansive and truly tropical indoor-outdoor living experience. A spacious dining area with seating for eight opens to a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, custom African mahogany cabinetry, top tier appliances and a built-in work desk. The gourmet kitchen’s large pass through window to the outdoor barbecue area offers an extra touch of convenience. The living area’s elegant plush wraparound seating, 75” Smart flat screen TV, and Sonos sound bar create an entertainment haven perfect for any occasion.

The luxurious primary suite stretches out onto the covered lanai via two corner walls of sliding pocket doors, offering ocean, coastline, mountain and pool deck views. Also on offer are a California King bed, 50” smart flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and a spectacular outdoor shower garden. Three other stunning bedroom suites all offer king-sized beds, flat screen TVs, en-suite full bathrooms and outdoor shower gardens. The fourth bedroom suite boasts built-in window seating and its own private entrance off the stunning courtyard entryway.

With Sonos audio system, central air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, sink, and prep space, and every other imaginable amenity, guests have all the comforts of home and then some. Extras such as high-quality linens by Boll & Branch and toiletries by Malie Organics add to the overall opulence. The world class resort center and fabulous amenities are just a quick golf cart ride away. Two golf carts, one 4-seater and one 6-seater, are included with your rental, as are beach amenities such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels and local tips and recommendations to ensure you are well equipped for off-property excursions and adventures! A child safety fence can be erected around the private pool by request (set-up fee applies).

This magnificent Hualalai home allows convenient access to the best beaches on the Big Island, such as Kua Bay and Makalawena. Fine dining, upscale shopping and world-class spa treatments await within the resort community. Hualalai’s Jack Nicklaus Course, one of two incomparable golf experiences at the resort, is available to play for registered rental guests. Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. Beautiful House for a family

Gorgeous house easy set up for a family. Just as described. We probably will not pay the resort fee to use their amenities next time. the house has everything needed to enjoy the vacation. In addition, we were treated like second-class citizens at the resort. With the exception of the bell and front desk staff, everyone else was rather rude and unwilling to assist with questions, suggestions, directions, etc.
