“We had a wonderful stay in a Family Seaside Room with our 2 teens. Spacious and comfortable, strong AC. Wifi worked, hot shower, comfortable beds, mini fridge. Basic amenities. They gave 4 water bottles and a new roll of toilet paper per day and beach towels were available at the front desk. We enjoyed the chairs on our porch and the amazing view of the other island. The way the island is set up, there are only beach paths which cut through all the hotels so you do get a lot of people walking in……

“In dit geweldige hotel 4 nachten verbleven. Ik kan wel zeggen dat dit tot nu het beste hotel is waar ik verbleven ben. De locatie is perfect gelegen. Met 2 super mooie strandjes waar je zo vanaf het strand de prachtige vissen kunt zien, en zelfs mini haaitjes en roggen. De service en het personeel is zo goed en vriendelijk niets is teveel. De kamers liggen tegen een helling, maar je hoeft niet te lopen, er rijden golfkarretjes rond die je komen ophalen en wegbrengen op verzoek. De kamers zijn……

“I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point. However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.”
