“Great location. We were here for vacation. We could walk to the market. It's easy to take the bus up to Broadway, down to the waterfront, or to the Space Needle. The rooftop is small but has a nice view of the city. We walked to the monorail. Leave extra time to get the key. We had to go to the QFC and find the Key Cafe, which added time to our already late-night arrival. There are many restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable. Close to the hospitals and the convention center. Parking...

“We loved this place! Location was great and the space is perfect for two people. Comfy bed. The baseboards were a little dusty when we got there but otherwise it was pretty clean. Only downside is the walls are very thin, you can hear people coming in and out and the cleaners were listening to podcasts on speaker when we were trying to sleep in the mornings. Overall the location is great and it's totally worth the thin walls.”

“This place will be in my file for future trips. It was as advertised. Neat, clean and lots of room. We don't prepare meals when traveling so not having a "kitchen" per se is just fine with us. A coffee/tea maker was perfect. Washer/dryer came in handy, thanks. Really nice bed. Most importantly, it was quiet at night for sleeping. Not sure what I would do if traveling with the pickup and trailer as I usually do. But I think that could have been figured out too.”

“The place was very clean and comfortable. We found plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed here for 2 days, 3 adults. The location is very centralized. We were able to walk to the pier for our embarkation day. The communication was great previous arriving day. Once in the location, I never heard from the owner again. I texted when arrived and once on the ship once gone. I got no responses, nor the code for the door so we could get in the building. I would still rent again.”

“This was the perfect play to stay for a 3-night vacation in Seattle. We loved the views from the livingroom and the convenient location on the waterfront.Check-in was easy and the condo was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.”

“We only stayed overnight as we were cruising the next day. The house was really nice. We were there on an unusually clear and nice day so the living room was a little warm when we arrived but the portable air conditioner in that room worked pretty well. Be aware the home in on the second level so there are stairs to carry up luggage and a few steps inside the home as well. We walked around the neighborhood and felt completely safe. Union lake is beautiful and we walked to restaurants for dinner...

“This was a great getaway spot. We traveled for both work and pleasure. Easy to get to many downtown locations without the hassel of being downtown. Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas fireplace and A/C so comfortable year round.”

“This is an absolutely gorgeous condo with a great view of the pier and Farris wheel right outside the main window Walking up to Pike Place market and downtown was a breeze. We used the one line to get from the airport and it was a short walk down to the property. If you want to stay down by the pier and take the transit systems to popular destinations, you don’t need a car, although there is a secure garage space that is provided. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with.”

“Trip was great we enjoyed the location for getting out in around the area of Pike place and Climate pledge arena. Not a quiet area in the evening of Friday and Saturday night but a fun area. We used white noise to quiet the sounds of bars and alleyway it worked well. Alex and Jose were fast to respond with any questions or needs. Highly recommend eating at Limoncello or Bangrak Market during your stay.”

“This property was the cleanest place I have stayed at. Location is central to all major sites around the city. Would highly recommend staying here and will be booking again!”

“The property was great. Rooms were clean. The only problem was during check-in. Nowhere in their listing. Did they tell you the apartment number. After a few phone calls to the property manager we got it figured out but I think for the future they should give you the apartment number along with the door code.”

“Everything about our stay was terrific! Our greeter/ambassador, Valerie, was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our unit was super clean and very well equipped. The condo was comfortable and the attention to detail was lovely. The location was easily walkable to a lot of points of interest. We would stay again - 100%”

“Everrything was so clean, it was quiet. We walked easily to downtown historic Ballard. It was so easy to get Uber when we wanted to go further out from Ballard. Wonderful place! Highly recommend!!”
