The salsa and chips was a lovely surprise after a day of long travel. Easy access to the trails and dog friendly. The pressure washer was a nice bonus after those muddy rides. "We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!"

"Our family rented this little VRBO for the weekend in order to attend Rock the Country 2025. It was myself, my husband, my son and his fiancee. It was about an hour from the concert venue, but was super quaint and perfect for what we needed.The property owners were extremely communicative and friendly. The cabin was clean and smelled good. It was stocked with dishes, towels, and a refrigerator, so you don't need to bring anything extra. There are train tracks right next to the cabin and it can get quite loud, however, I don't recall hearing any after 10pm at night and before 8am, but, it could be because we were all so tired from the concert each night :) The store about five minutes before you arrive can be skipped- just go to Walmart if you need anything. We bought milk there and cereal for the kids and both were bad (cereal out of date and milk was in date but curdled upon opening) Walmart was 15 min away. "
