"As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants needed attention. A rental should never look scruffier than surrounding properties."

"We stayed at this Vrbo for 19 days while our new house was being finished. We were apparently the first for this new Reno and we loved our stay. The thing we liked most were the marvelous windows in the open kitchen/dining/living room. We sat almost every day and ate our dinner to beautiful sunsets. The house is located on a relatively busy road but the gigantic lot makes the house feel like it is in a park and the traffic is not a noticeable issue. The sports complex across the street was fun to watch as multiple baseball games were ongoing but the noise really did not reach to the house and the proximity was actually better than if there had been other residential neighbors there.The house was well equipped and basically all new. The kitchen was very functional with very nice quartz countertops and a lovely island. The two bathrooms were also new and great. There is even a laundry with a new large washer and dryer. The garage was perfectly finished and very useful since our two vehicles had been packed to the hilt with things we would need immediately in the new house. The house is located with easy access to the interstate system. A grocery store is literally blocks away as is the main road leading directly to Main Street in Kernersville and plenty of restaurants and major stores. We highly recommend this house."

"This was literally the best stay for a family of 16!! Everyone had their own privacy and were so happy with everything. Were had family from Texas SC and NC. Children and grands and ourselves. It was only a 30 min. Drive to The meadows in Walnut cove where the eldest of grands was married yesterday. The space the condition location and the FUN was amazing!! We made some great memories. "

"Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again. The price was reasonable compared to other options. The exterior of the hotel appears a bit outdated. Regardless, my room was clean and in good condition and the area was quiet. I encountered two minor issues that didn’t significantly affect my overall experience or rating. First, I wished the lamps had USB ports for charging devices. Second, the check-in process was quite lengthy. The front desk attendant couldn’t provide change for the $50 security deposit. She had to go to another part of the hotel to find the change, but unfortunately, she couldn’t find any. While I could have paid with a card, the hotel specifically recommends cash for the security deposit. If cash is recommended, and even required to purchase snacks available in the lobby, management should make certain change is available for their staff. "
