"The apartment is beautiful, and Graham was a lovely host. He left us welcome messages on the door and on the fridge. My four grandkids, (2 adults and 1 teen) and I came up from CT to go to Comic Con at the RI Convention Center. The apartment was very convenient. We made good use of the vast entertainment options and watched the new "Frankenstein" on Netflix. The seperate heating and cooling units throughout made for a very comfortable stay, and no one complained that they were too hot or too cold, which was a gigantic win.The only caveat was the driveway. I HIGHLY suggest pulling both your side mirrors in before you attempt it. I drove ambulances in NYC. I knew I had it, but the lack of confidence expressed by everyone else in the SUV was disheartening! Driveway aside, we had a wonderful time in Providence. The Con was amazing, and Graham's apartment was the perfect place to relax after walking & walking & walking.I definitely recommend this booking, and we'll be looking to stay here again for next year's Con. "Our stay was fantastic. We found the apartment better than described or pictured. Our stay was in October and was cutely decorated for fall. The host John was very helpful and communicative. He offered us tips on places to eat and made our stay better than we expected it to be. We loved how close the shops and restaurants on Hope Street are. It allowed us to walk to shop or eat. The neighborhood is nice and the people very friendly. We were in town for a conference at the Convention Center and this apartment was a great location. It was only an 8 minute drive away.We have been renting through VRBO for 20 years and this apartment and the hosts are among the best we’ve found. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The home was immaculate, updated throughout. Well appointed with bedclothes, blankets, towels and kitchen utensils. Off street parking - even a garage - was a bonus. Everything we needed was there and then some. Very quiet neighborhood, but very short drives to nice places to eat and things to do. Recommend anyone staying to use GPS with "avoid highways" when roaming in the area. It might actually be quicker since 95 has lots of traffic."
