“Host had great communication and quick responses to any messages, questions, concerns I had.The house was not cleaned fully when we walked in, but we looked past it. But definitely not worth the 350 cleaning fee. We were there once the pool was already closed for the season, so the kids were looking forward to the theater movie option... which didnt go well, there were no remotes or instructions for the projector, i had to go out to the store to buy a cable to be able to plug my phone into. “There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!”
