“Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were not able to fully appreciate all the charm this property has to offer due to the extremely hot weather and storms. There were spectacular lightning shows looking through the skylights laying in bed and the rain was a blessing in cooling down the cabin along with the multipal fans and open windows. (No AC). However also because of the heavy rains, it was very humid and attracted millions of mosquitoes which made enjoying the open porch difficult. The stairs……

“The place was clean. But communication with host was poor prior to arrival (did not confirm my other guests) and poor during the stay. Called me to move car to put on other side of driveway despite no previous instructions. Most importantly, the host attempted to charge me a significant extra cleaning fee after checkout when place was left pristine. At first the host said it was “very dirty” then when asked to provide proof, they proceeded with character attacks and stating chairs were broken……

“Check in was easy once our code was sent, Inside everything was very basic clean, functional. Toys in yard and Netflix was great for grandkids.Only down side was the out side was unkept. We a good stay.”
