“Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. ”
