This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. I booked accommodation for 6 people through Expedia, but upon arrival the hotel manager refused to honor the booking as confirmed. Instead, we were told we had to book and pay for an additional room if we wanted to accommodate everyone. After a long and exhausting journey, we had no realistic choice but to pay for another room because finding another hotel late at night was not practical. Unfortunately, the problems only got worse from there. Both rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and people were openly smoking in the porch area, making the entire environment feel unsafe and unpleasant. When we were finally given our room keys, the housekeeping staff was still cleaning the room. We had to wait an additional hour before we could even enter, despite arriving at check-in. Even after the room was supposedly ready, basic necessities were missing. There were no towels or toiletries provided. The bathtub faucet was broken, the bathroom door latch didn't work, and the front door latch was also broken. The condition of the rooms was completely unacceptable. The bedding had multiple cigarette burn holes, and we found cockroaches inside the room. The most alarming issue was that one of our rooms had an internal connecting door to the adjacent room with a broken lock. I had a wonderful one-week stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job every day, making sure everything was spotless and well stocked. The hotel staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel valued as a guest and were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options each morning. It was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient parking, which made coming and going easy and stress-free. What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and felt very safe, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. Every part of my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
