“The host was simply adorable! She made sure we were comfortable with our room and arrangements. She provided a tour of the house and gave a short history of the home and its original owner. Next, she fed us each morning with delicious food and made sure we were FULLY satisfied before leaving the table! Lol We loved staying here and plan on returning in the near future. Thank you very much, port Guest House!”

Angie and Chris are very helpful with recommendations of where to go in the Wilmington area and are wonderful just to talk to being lifelong residents in the Wilmington area. So many stories 😀 Cannot recommend their B&B enough as we had a magnificent weekend staying in their beautiful home!”

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
