Our stay at the Golden Fleece was great! Easy check-in, lovely room. Food in the evening was great but we didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Easy walkable distance to James Herriot’s house. Parking very easy and felt secure! All in all very nice.

Labernum Cottage is a comfortable house a short walk from the centre of Bedale. Access was simple using the convenient key box. The cottage has everything you would want for a trouble free stay.
