“位置就在海邊，可惜我們訂了海景房，但飯店有在施工，窗外都是鷹架很影響觀感，而且室內燈光太暗了。 但整體人員都很親切、服務很好。”

“My room made Japanese hotel rooms look large. This wasn't a problem for me as I only needed it for one night. No soap in the dispensers, and I couldn't ask at reception because of the hour long queue to check in.”

“Clean hotel. Bed is comfortable. But there is no parking nearby (road work in front) so it will be inconvenient if you have lots of bags. Also, I have booked 2 rooms but the 2 rooms are quite far away. It will be better if staff can help to arrange adjacent rooms.”

“We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, parked up early so we could explore Harrogate. Hotel is really well located for this it’s a short stroll into the centre. When we checked in we were really impressed with the room beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Had everything you could need. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again.”

“Friendly staff and welcoming however only downside was the noise from the corridor when other guests were shutting doors and walking up and down. Doors slammed and awoke me in a panic a few times as well hearing people outside very clearly. Maybe the door seals need looking at?”

“Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again ”

“A great one night experience! Very original and nicely located hotel. Check in was great thanks to their magic! The room we were in was extremely hot with 3-4 fans at max power so noisy. One night at this hotel was perfect.”

“Room was lovely and clean only down side was that bathroom was external, along the hallway, which was very inconvenient, even for access to water for the kettle. Towels looked old and could do with being replaced. Wouldnt choose to stay in that room again, but would return to stayin alternative room .”
