“位置就在海邊，可惜我們訂了海景房，但飯店有在施工，窗外都是鷹架很影響觀感，而且室內燈光太暗了。 但整體人員都很親切、服務很好。”

“Ovoid this hotel like the plague, it’s dated and needs extensive refurbishment, checked in online still waited 45 minutes to get a key, lifts are hit and miss if they work, room allocated was fine initially , seagull noise nothing you can do about that, TV didn’t work water started pouring down the wall, I assume someone on the next floor was having a shower, our shower controls fell to pieces, eventually given another room with what has to be the smallest shower cubicle ever, the extractor fan……

“There was a complication with a Double Booking in my name & then allocated a small Twin not the Suite that it stated on Paperwork? The route to our Room was very complicated & meant we had to drag a Huge Suitcase up & down a lot of Steps!! The room was very small & obviously not cleaned very well before we got there as there was a huge empty Water Bottle left on top of the Drawers & some paperwork left by previous guests!? The Room & Bedding did have a slight damp smell which didn’t assure me it……

“Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again ”

“Room was clean we were in the family room and it was very nice ! Breakfast really not worth the money , should have been included in the price of the hotel stay tbh ! Staff were very nice and efficient when checking in”
