“位置就在海邊，可惜我們訂了海景房，但飯店有在施工，窗外都是鷹架很影響觀感，而且室內燈光太暗了。 但整體人員都很親切、服務很好。”

“Staff was friendly room was poor couldn't open the window the curtains was off the rail so wouldn't close properly.shower sprayed everywere bathroom was filthy hairs everywere ( both off the head and nether regions ) the voile curtain was stuck to the side of the window with plasters. Had a fan that didn't work was covered in dust and the bedside tables had glass cover on top which slide about more than you would on a ice rink. (Dangerous) The floor was covered in dust around bottom of the bed……

“Clean hotel. Bed is comfortable. But there is no parking nearby (road work in front) so it will be inconvenient if you have lots of bags. Also, I have booked 2 rooms but the 2 rooms are quite far away. It will be better if staff can help to arrange adjacent rooms.”

“The pictures on this hotel looks amazing until you get there and was not very good mould in the bathroom there was a mirror to get ready next to but with no plug socket nearby to do my hair the room was big and a nice sea view but only if the owner would spend some money in this hotel it would be a great place to stay says on there website that u can pay extra £9 per day for parking but there was not no parking nearby and had to walk 10 minutes to a car park”

“Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again ”

“How old and grand the hotel was but the cleanliness wasn't great especially when our room was serviced they would make the bed but didn't clean all the furniture and window seals still quite dusty”

“Great location, short walk to town, on street parking at front, very friendly helpful staff. Room wasn’t quite ready but we enjoyed a drink on the terrace out front while we waited. Bed very comfortable, great nights sleep, even had a fan to cool the room down which was most welcome.”
