“We absolutely loved our stay, the hideaway was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was provided and wonderful little extras like the amish friendship bread and delicious coffee! It was a rainey weekend we would have loved to give Riley more attention! We will definatelt be back!”

“This location was a great spot for a quiet weekend with an old friend and little boys. We had plenty of space and the boys slept late after doing laps on the stairs to chase paper airplanes. The boys enjoyed saying hello to the goats and cows on the property. The house was close to the Strausburg Railroad and the Train Museum, both good day trips.”

“We have stayed at many VRBO in many states and have been impressed with most of them, but this far exceeded being impressed. The loft is beautiful, cozy, relaxing, and feels like home. Everything you need is there. The 22 acres is breath taking. We walked each morning and each night and our 3 year old was obessed with all the animals. “Swallow's Rest West was just delightful, and the perfect base for our visit to Longwood Gardens. It was so creatively decorated, had all the amenities needed, and was clean and comfortable. Our host Henry was wonderful. Only thing I would have changed was having an operating window on the upper floor, to let in some fresh, cool air at night. But this was just a minor issue. I would still highly recommend this property.”
