"Booked the honeymoon suite. Fantastic room - very central, clean and with gorgeous views over the harbour. One thing I need to mention is the mattress, which we found to be too soft, unfortunately.
Other than that, a brilliant choice for a stay in Agios Nikolaos ❤️❤️"

"La facilité pour prendre possession de la chambre avec des horaires pour la réception très larges est bien appréciable. L'accueil est très agréable et le cadre bucolique. Rien ne laisse penser de l'extérieur que l'allée principale débouche sur une architecture aussi agréable à l'oeil et autant de fleurs. Il y a des bougainvilliers partout. La piscine est très propre et jamais surfréquentée. L'endroit est familial et reposant malgré quelques avions qui passent au dessus. Nous avons été surclassés...

"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Äldre standard men sköna sängar, vi sov här en natt och hela familjen sov gott. Städningen var inte toppen, har en ettåring och hittade en halväten hård karamell på golvet när vi kom in.. vi hade även trappor till kök/toa samt ena sovrummet vilket inte va optimalt med ett sånt litet barn men funkade för en natt. "The apartment is right by the beach which is perfect! Upon arrival (12:00) we received a warm welcome. We were taken to the bar since we arrived quite early. They had given us a banana/fruit drink while we waited for our room to be ready. We sat down and enjoyed the ocean view. Approximately at 13:00 we went up to our room. We waited a little bit but we still checked in before the official check-in time so that was great.

"Beautiful surroundings, friendly and professional staff, and delicious food. The local cats were a wonderful surprise and also super friendly. There were numerous activites at the resort and a convenient bus to the beach area. Beach Comber at Stallis beach was beautiful, relatively quiet, served excellent cocktails and amazing food. My only critics of Village Heights were:
1. What is/is not included in half board is not well explained at time of booking - I only found out this information on day 2.
2. The power cut out multiple times daily. Only for a few seconds, so it never caused an issue, but it was slightly worrying.
3. The sign at the cats feeding station states they are neutered, but they are not; kittens ahoy! "

"We loved our stay (August 2025) at the Royal And Imperial Belvedere hotel. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean.
The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available.
Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun.
The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace.
Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening."
