The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

During our stay, we had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding team. Upon arrival, Nouhaila kindly upgraded us to a suite, which set a wonderful tone for the visit. Zahira, at breakfast, was especially thoughtful—she even prepared a beet salad for my mother upon request. Oumaima provided helpful tips for our trip to Casablanca, which we truly appreciated. Fatima Zehra was also very accommodating, going out of her way to include additional breakfast options such as tabbouleh, foul, and hummus when I requested something different. Chadi, the owner’s son, was consistently attentive and checked in with guests daily to ensure everything was perfect. The property itself feels like a beautiful mansion, conveniently located near La Mamounia and close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The staff creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere—you truly feel as though you are staying in a friend’s home. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with charming details throughout.
