This was a nice amount of space for the living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were able to do a load of laundry and also relax on the comfortable couch to watch some TV on the large projection. Good location to walk to several sites and catch public transportation. Staff were helpful when we had questions.

The hot spring is good and 13 kinds of sauna are very nice. There are also mini zoo and strawberries farm therein. Good to stay there with kids.

Beautiful room, the entry smells great. Helpful staff. They try to help you as much as they can! Really close to the Kumamoto Castle and the train station. 10/10 recommended
