Nice place, nice neighborhood but the people at front desk wasn’t very nice, they charged an extra fee for a teenager and then wanted to charge for the courtesy bottled water.

Me encanta llegar a este hotel es pequeño en una calle residencial. Es como llegar a casa. Los cuartos son de buen tamaño, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Nos hemos hospedado aquí varias veces. Está en un lugar donde hay restaurantes muy cerca. (Una pena que me equivoqué de día cuando hice mi última reservación, cuando me percaté del error inmediatamente me comuniqué con Expedía, y ellos con el hotel y se rehusaron a reembolsar la noche extra que había reservado por error) muy inflexibles con su póliza.

Everything was good. Till the elevators stopped working 💪 👷‍♂️.

Clean and ample room, nice flooring, excellent working bathroom, open spaces outside rooms, friendly staff and employees. And my room had a balcony with great view, Hotel Alcázar Is much better than hotels that cost a lot more!

I liked the room service, bar, clean room and buffet. Can be improved: parking, they don't let people taking their car to lower parking lot, so you always have to wait for valet. This backs up cars and you are stopping street traffic. Buffet, can you be more flexible as to allow people taking their food to their rooms. Sometimes you need to do remote work and have breakfast at same time. Room: Curtains were missing in the bathroom, and since shower has glass they can 'see' you from the hotel across which is approx. 180m away . Had to take shower with lights off at night.
