"Room did not look like photos. We had to make our own beds!!! The hotel is in a remote location where the restaurant and local grocery store were closed. The hotel staff did not inform us ahead of our stay, forcing us to drive 60 minutes both ways to find the nearest play to dine."
"Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot. "
"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink."

"The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne."
