Large 2 bedroom, 3 Bath has two master suites on opposite sides of condo for extreme privacy plus an additional full guest bath off hallway. First bedroom has 1 King Bed and second oversized bedroom has 2 Queen beds. 3 Large Balconies are accessible from the spacious and comfortable living room and both bedrooms. Newly remodeled Well Stocked Kitchen with granite counters, Dining Room seats six. Flat screen TV with DVD Player.

Property is fully gated with 24 Hour Staff for your convenience and comfort. Bottled Drinking Water service provided by guards to Condo. Access Beach, private pool, swimming and snorkeling just seconds from the elevator. Your stay also grants you access to the Full Resort next door including another pool, full restaurant, pool bar with amazing margaritas and great cocktails, and a small gym / spa (Hotel charges a fee for gym usage). Paddle Board and Kayak Rental available on Beach for just $6.00 per hour. Cortez Club Dive Shop where you can book diving, fishing or boating sight-seeing trips and Lounge Chairs avialable at Pool and Beach with Palapa Food and Drink Service.
