The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill resort, not crowded, easy to get pool seating, etc. Very relaxing which is why we stayed there. There are plenty of other resorts to choose if you want more action. I recommend the resort, just keep in mind the pool service is slow (but servers are friendly). And, I’m an excellent tipper so that was not the issue :)

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

I am incredibly disappointed in the staffs assistance. We gave our bags to the bellhop since we had to check out early and when we needed our bags we waited for 40 minutes, asking help from the front desk, and no one to get our bags making us miss our shuttle. When asking for help from the concierge she says “I don’t know what to tell you. You should have been at your bags earlier.” Incredible disappointing and what a sour note to leave our trip on. For that I will not be back nor will I be sending friends here.

Everyday we had breakfast at Siempre and our waitress Ana was the best!

Great place, we have come back three times now and we love the staff at the resort. Very family friendly.
