Lediglich die Lage nach vorne zur Straße ist leider ab 7 Uhr in de Früh laut, da die Straße als Durchgangsstraße verwendet wird. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Graveln und Rennradfahren sehr geeignet. Alles Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs fussläufig innerhalb 5 min zu erreichen was sehr bequem. "
