"Perfect place to discover the Cotswolds and the surrounds! Clean, cosy and perfect heating for winter! Stayed with my family of 5, enough dishes for cooking and or simple breakfasts! Lovely escape!"

"Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update.
Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book.
Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. "

"Had the most delightful overnight stay. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was the nicest tasting food we have ever eaten! Service and cleanliness all first class!"
"The Lansdowne is one of the best kept secrets in the Cotswolds! Conveniently located within walking distance of one of the most charming villages, this wonderful bed and breakfast offers free parking, complimentary breakfast (both buffet and hot options), and one of the best staffs at a property I have ever stayed at. We were greeted every morning with coffee and tea, as well as recommendations on the best areas to explore within this beautiful region. I felt at home staying at the Lansdowne and I will be coming back for another visit in the future for sure! You won’t regret staying here. "
