Villa Vita is a truly unique holiday home, a small air-conditioned wooden house, with one bedroom, and a huge spacious garden with a pool, comfy outside sofa, barbecue with a dining table and a hammock.
It is located on the eastern shore of Istria, near the town of Labin, only 4 kilometers from the nearest beach. The house is set among the trees in a fenced property of 3000 sqm, providing complete privacy.
The house has one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The property offers an abundance of activities for children, making it a fun-filled paradise. Alongside an enticing pool and two outdoor showers, it also boasts a trampoline, basketball hoop, and a versatile field for volleyball or badminton games. Wonderful family vacation
We spent 12 nights at the Villa Vita and had a great time. Walter is a great host and the property as well as the house is kept in excellent shape. Especially our baby enjoyed the company of the goats (fenced in) as well as the cats and dogs on the property. We also loved the spacious terrace with plenty of space for our baby to crawl. The Villa is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten. Das Gelände ist wirklich sehr weitläufig und es gab jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten und zu entdecken für unsere Kinder (1 und 4 Jahre alt). Auch die Ziegen mussten direkt jeden Morgen begrüßt werden. Bei traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir viel Zeit im Garten und auf der Veranda verbringen und es wurde wirklich nie langweilig. Zum sehr schönen Strand in Rabac sind es 10-15min mit dem Auto. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in der Villa Vita
Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Vita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist unglaublich. Dort herrscht eine besondere Energie und man kann sich hervorragend erholen. Die Kinder können sich auf dem großen Grundstück frei bewegen und mochten besonders die Ziegen und den Pool. Zudem ist die Villa sehr zentral gelegen, Supermärkte und Strände rund um Rabac sind schnell zu erreichen. Walter ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. hat. Zurück im Alltag denken wir gerne an unseren Urlaub dort zurück und vermissen diesen perfekten Ort jetzt schon. Ganz sicher kommen wir bald zurück.

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen, da das sehr gepflegte Grundstück mit Ferienhaus etwas abseits lag, wir aber bei Bedarf in 7 Autominuten im Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art vorfanden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten (Strand oder abgelegenere Buchten) waren in 20 Autominuten erreichbar. Unser immer freundlicher Gastgeber hatte wunderbare Tips für uns und so vergingen die 14 Tage mit einer Mischung aus Erlebnis- und Genießerurlaub wie im Flug. Unsere Labradorhündin hat sich auf dem sehr großen und durch einen schönen Baumbestand beschatteten Grundstück auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wunderschön!!!
Es war der schönste Urlaub unseres Lebens!! :) Walter, unser wamherziger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, hat mit so viel Liebe und Hingabe ein ganz besonderes Paradies geschaffen. :) Es hat so gut getan in dieses wunderschöne ruhige Stück Erde einzutauchen, und seine Seele baumeln zu lassen. Frei, glücklich, naturverbunden. Was für ein herrliches Gefühl! :) Auch für unsere zwei kleinen Hunden war es paradiesisch. Die waren voll im Glück! :) Walter hat liebevoll auf sie geschaut, wenn wir mal in der Altstadt Labin Abendessen waren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet, Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Areal weitläufig und gepflegt. Es duftet nach Lavendel und Rosmarin und anderen Kräutern. Ein Pool, der eine willkommene Erfrischung bietet . Ein Olivenhain, der zum Träumen anregt. Heilkräuter überall. Biologische Gartenpflege ein Must. Walter haben wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Er ist der beste Gastgeber! :) An dieser Stelle von ganzem Herzen ein riesengroßes DANKESCHÖN an Walter, dass wir eine wundervolle Zeit erleben durften!! Wir haben uns verliebt, in das wunderschöne Stück Land und in die liebenswürdigen Menschen. :) Das werden wir auf jeden Fall bald wiederholen!! Darauf freuen wir uns schon sehr!! :)

Ein tolles Plätzchen
Wir haben 10 Nächte in der "Villa Vita" verbracht. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und die Küche ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Es war leider noch zu kalt um den Pool zu nutzen, aber das Anwesen ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt. Unsere Kinder haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und waren viel mit den Ziegen und den Katzen beschäftigt. Das nächste mal gibt´s vielleicht auch noch ein paar Hühner :) Walter wahr sehr zuvorkommend. Er war immer gleich zur Stelle wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Problem hatten und hat uns auch ein paar Reisetips für Istrien gegeben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - vielen Dank für alles!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben mit unserem Dackel unseren Urlaub in der Villa Vita und seinem grossen Garten mit Blick auf Labin sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Es ist gut eingerichtet (gute Betten!) so dass wir uns innen wie aussen Wohl sehr gefühlt haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wer erholsame Ferien, in einer schönen und ruhige Umgebung - nahe am Meer und Kommoditäten - ist hier am richtigen Ort.
