Great location, large room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. In the middle of downtown you can walk to many good food spots like Autumn Cafe and the B side which has live music. Downside is the property is in need of renovation and first thing replaced should be the carpeting throughout which is giving off a mildew smell.

Location is great and room was clean and comfortable. However, I could hear everything through the door which was annoying. Vacuuming around 5pm in the hallway and rooms nearby, and then noisy, drunk sounding men in the hallway on the 4th floor during the late night. I’ve also stayed at other hotels in the area that offer complimentary breakfast which would’ve been nice considering the cost. Restaurant in the hotel had a $19 breakfast. I just wanted coffee and a bagel so that was a hard no!
