"The apartment is impeccable! Sergio and Maria are excellent hosts. The hydrangea garden they have in the back is beautiful! My husband and I liked the BBQ area (even though we didn't use it) but that's the highest point on the property and the view of the ocean is super nice during the day, and at night you can see thousands and thousands of stars! We were welcomed with a stacked with bread, milk, ham, fruit and a bottle of wine! I liked the fact that the town was small and away from city traffic and very close driving to Sete Cidades. "

"Lovely place, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, big terrace with comfy chairs and beautiful view, garden is very nice, too. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the food and drinks left for us when we arrived late. If you are offered a ride with Sergio in his super car, don’t miss this chance, it was one of the highlights of our stay.The location is a bit away from everything, which means you need a car to stay there."

Both are listed as entire homes, the listing with 13 photos is an apartment within the larger home (46 photo unit). It is directly on a busy street, incredibly noisy. Property lists a paddle board, and it is pictured in all listing photos, it is not included. Would not recommend "
