I was looking forward to walking in the neighborhood but found the area quite isolated and dark, disappointed. The place was as described, beds very comfy and quiet. The bathroom could use something to place clothes and toiletries. Had to use the toilet lid, not the most sanitary. The bedroom had a dresser but no place to hang clothes. I would not stay again due to location. Description mentions that it is a 10 minute walk into town. The distance is 1 1/4 miles. Also, the Internet log in and password were posted in a few places but was inaccurate. It was perfect for them since my Dad likes to cook and they were looking for a quiet place to stay. It is not that close to El Poblado (10 min drive) but it is in a very safe neighborhood and a short drive away. I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Anthony, he was so attentive to all our needs. Even when there was a blackout on New Years Eve, he brought over flashlights and a solar powered fan.
