"Great Property "

"We stay at this hotel, and we weren’t sure what we were going to get considering the reasonable pricing compared to other hotels in the area. We were pleasantly surprised! The room is clean, the pool was large and well kept, every staff member we ran into was polite and helpful and there was a manager walking around the property at night. We got back a bit late one night and he offered to help us if we needed anything. One night, there were some hotel guest, who pulled their chairs out into the parking lot and decided to have loud conversation. I called the desk at 11 o’clock and told them what was going on in the woman at the front desk said that she would go and talk to them. She did and the talking stopped not long after. We would definitely stay here again!"

"If you have a chance to stay in the Lake City area, this is the place to spend your night. Convenient to the highway and a great value. Bonus....walking distance to restaurants and Tesla chargers "

"This is an older motel but the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here on another visit. "

"Honestly, my family and I had a few problems but it seemed any problem we had was fixed quick and efficiently. Staff was great, beds were super comfortable, the shampoo and body wash smell amazing, a few really nice amenities left in the room for you like a shower cap or some coffee. "

"This is a simple place to stay on the other side of Lake City away from all the busyness of 90. This is my second time staying and I would stay again. It’s a place more for truckers and on the road workers to relax and get a good nights sleep. All the staff I encountered were supper friendly and happy to help or am so any questions. At less than $100 a night again it’s simple but that’s perfect for me. You do have to request a coffee maker if you want one. My room did NOT smell like marijuana as some of the other reviews state. It was relatively clean. It was quite at night as nothing that kept me awake. Thank ya’ll. I will be back next time I need to be in town for a school event. :) "
