“The parking was easy, and it’s a beautiful place. We really liked the history and decor, and the common spaces were a plus!”

“Nice new hotel in Lake City. Staff were very friendly. Noon checkout was cool so you can sleep in. Nice gym.”

“I didn't get to the breakfast, but they have coffee all night going in the lobby. The spa was great and there is a lift for theraputic spa time for disabled. Was near the ice machine, but those rooms were so quiet. I never heard other guests. ”

“The only complaint is that the road noise was so loud that I could not sleep. If I ever have to stay here again I will remember to ask for a room on the other side. Staff was friendly.”

“Best 🚿 shower ever experience in a hotel. Top soap shelf in shower had what I thought was a used bandaid but turned out to be a breath right strip. Next morning I ran into the young lady that was cleaning the rooms and it was obvious there's know way she could have seen the breath strip being all of 5ft tall😅. So really it was a great stay. Changing variety of hot breakfast items would be nice cheese omelet and sausage every morning is only complaint ”

“Cleanness was very poorly. They charger card before you arrive to get the room.Then charge for 50.00 security for the room, which was not on the instructions on their website or on expedia website. No, toilet tissue in bathroom, room smell like cigarettes smoke. The stay was short because it was very poorly all the way around even with the customer service too.”

“Room was so dirty. Pull out couch had some kind of stain down the front, looked like maybe vomit? The baseboards were peeling from the walls with the walls disintegrating behind them. Of all the nicer places we stayed on our way to Florida, this was the most expensive and the worst condition. Do not recommend! ”
