The room was disgusting, especially the bathroom. There were pubic hairs and dirt all over the bathroom floor, tub, and toilet. The counter, sink and faucet were covered in white splotches that looked like toothpaste. The floor between the bed and nightstands had cat litter and other debris. We talked to the manager the next day as we arrived late the first night. She said she would have someone go in and clean. The bathroom looked a little better but there was still dirt and hair behind the bathroom door. That night we there was a cockroach climbing the wall in our room.
The room was a bummer and surprising considering the grounds were pristine, breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was conveniently located near where we needed to be. I think they need to retrain their room cleaning staff
