Property was as advertised. Very clean, easy to get to, wonderful water view and access. Boat ramp was a plus. Host was easy to work with - was able to get early check-in and worked with me on ramp access after check-out so we could still enjoy the lake on Sunday.

Completely enjoyed our stay!!
Just a few guys on a fishing trip and it did not disappoint. The house is well organized, very clean and well stocked. We had ample room. The house is located directly on the lake and the fishing was good. Very quiet and peaceful. I would stay at this house again with no hesitation. Thom was very thorough and stayed in touch with us during the entire stay. His hospitality was second to none!!

A Great Place to Stay
Wonderful and comfortable place with fantastic view of the lake! Quiet and peaceful, listen to the birds and the wind while you relax on the deck or the dock. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable tv room w streaming options, large dining tables both indoor and on the deck. Clean place, very responsive and appreciative host. A great choice all around!

We have stayed several places over the years at Lake Sinclair...this was a very nice place...the pictures are very accurate , and the boat ramp is right next door, which makes it very convenient. You are 20 minutes from Milledgeville and 6-7 minutes to a Dollar General, Gas or bait...The Hostess Thom was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend this place....Very Nice...

We had a wonderful time. My kids caught some catfish right off the dock. Just sitting out on the back porch looking at the lake was very peaceful. The place was nice and clean. The owner let me know on check in day that we could arrive early because they had it ready. Also, on checkout day, they informed us that we could stay a little longer because nobody had it booked that day. That was a nice surprise because we didn’t have to rush out. My only complaint would be the gravel driveway. It was a little tricky trying to go back up. Other than that, it was nice and I’d definitely recommend!

Such a sweet spot!! The house is immaculate and comfortable. The porch and the dock are heavenly. We swam, fished, used our boat, grilled out, played games, and made lots of unforgettable memories. Awesome experience. This property is lake front with easy boat ramp access. Perfect place for boating tubing skiing and even swimming right from the dock. Property is clean and well maintained peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and communication with property management. My only con is the distance from town, but once there no reason to leave. 🙂

Very fun, clean, and inviting. The bedrooms are two with queen beds, and one with queen bed and a bunk bed. This was misleading on the VRBO website. Also the incline to and from the dock is very challenging. But everything else was great. Thom is awesome.

Affordable lakefront weekend getaway!
Can’t beat the price for lakefront property. House was clean and the host was excellent. We were able to launch kayaks right next to the dock. Our 14 & 12 year olds had fun jumping off the end of the dock. The dock also provides a great spot for fishing or dinner by the water.
