2 BEDROOM NAUTICAL CONDO OVERLOOKING LAKE NEXT TO BAGNELL STRIP

Available for rent again is this amazing 2 Bedroom/1 bath newly remodeled condo just off Bagnell Dam Strip. Get into the lake mood with the nautical decor! This small complex has a great view overlooking the marina. Exceptionally clean and spacious! Just a block off of Bagnell Dam Strip so it's a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants, bar & grills, and shopping.. The Toll Bridge (free starting in May) is a mile away which gives you access to the other side of the lake! The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils. All linens and towels are provided. Condo is part of a 4 unit on a private 5 acre estate right in town. Sit on the front patio and watch the wildlife or sit on the back lakeside deck and watch the activity on the lake.

The entire condo (both in & outside) were impeccably clean. That's so important to us! The lake deco was a nice touch. The deers that live on the property are used to visitors so they don't run away when you are very near by. That was enjoyable to experience. The only thing that could be added would be...a night light for the bathroom and a basic size ice tray for the freezer.

Perfect little condo.
Very clean and very comfortable. This unit had a full kitchen and two bedrooms, with TVs in the nice living room and in each bedroom. Overlooking a marina in a mostly quiet neighborhood and close to the dam's entertainment and eating establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.
We would definitely stay again! The location is awesome. Secluded but right next to the dam strip. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner besides food. The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee on the deck over looking the lake was peaceful. They responded quickly to our questions. The only down fall is the kitchen table only has 4 chairs but we brought our cooler in for the 5th seat so it wasn't that big of a deal for us.
