“Loved the vibe of the place- very French/New Orleans feel. Host was lovely, rooms and property were clean, and the foliage was amazing. There was parking out front for free, but there was a lot of rain so I had to walk through the mid a few times (but what can you do- it’s the tropics). I will definitely be returning! I did not have the breakfast but it looked and smelled great!”

“I have stayed there many times. A few times the person at the front desk was rude. I never said anything because people can have a bad day. However, there is one woman named Karina and she is absolutely amazing! She is so polite, so friendly and helpful. She is back working at the time that I usually check in and it was very nice to have her assist me again. The hotel should be very proud to have such a wonderful employee as her”

“Worst ever in every category, no hot water, mold, no microwave, staff fighting outside room, harassing employee showing up 3 times asking for $.”

“Upon arrival and checking in, the staff member at the front desk did not notify us about the Wi-Fi. Did not inform us of continental breakfast. Did not give us any information in regards amentis or anything the hotel offers. In the room the faucet was loose, the shower door was not leveled and unhinged, crashing against the tile. The furniture was coming apart and we found a roach roaming around the sink on our toothpaste and toothbrushes. We asked for 2 cappuccinos, which were not included in……
