The gal was nice. I had booked the room via Expedia only 10 mins before. She called to make sure it was there. I think “Executive” is misleading especially for the price. The room was clean and the bedding smelled laundered. It was better than trying to sleep in my truck. I tried. I’m 60, it’s not the same anymore.

Definitely not a resort. Bathrooms definitely needed better cleaning, especially in corners. No closet or even hooks on walls to hang clothes on. No hooks in bathroom. No place to hang towels or clothes. Garbage cans on property overflowing with trash for days. Good location in the heart of Lakeview.

The place is old and a little run down the staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Good Mexican restaurant right next door. It’s a place to sleep nothing more.

We were a late check in but the manager had us taken care of in minutes! The room was comfortable, and with the exception of a couple of spider webs in the corners of the ceilings, was quite clean. There was AC, heat, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (which required a thourough cleaning before use), blow dryer, and flat screen. The shower/tub valve would not stay in place and I had to finagle a way to keep it where I wanted it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quiet. we both slept very well. The property is old, but seems to be well maintained. The stairs are very narrow so be careful using them!

A SLIPPERY SHOWER WITH NON SLIP INSERTS. IT IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM A TIRE SHOP THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED IT"S NOT SAFE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND cost $118.

Location good, but this property is very old and needs an upgrade. The stairs leading to the upper floor needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt. The Lady that checked us in is very nice and helpful. It’s OK for a one night stay

We were pleasantly surprised about the hotel. Outside could use some work. The staff was very nice. The room was great and spacious. Quite after the tire business across the street closed.
