The property manager did give me a heads up a few hours before I arrived, but that doesn’t make up for it being so dirty we couldn’t enjoy the outside area. “This is a gem of a place. Secluded, quiet, conveniently located to Grayson Highlands state park. The wood stove was just what we wanted to stay toasty on the cold windy nights. Kitchen is well appointed and the bathtub is fantastic. Communication was great and we had no problems getting in. We plan to return soon!”
