“This was my third stay in Isabela, PR and the home was by far the best rental that we have experienced. My family was myself, husband and three kids, ages 13, 11, 8. The owner, Silvana was very attentive and accomodating. They even had an air mattress for my youngest set up and ready for her. The beds were super comfortable, modern decor and overall great stay! “Expectations versus realizations. I personally enjoyed the home as it is clean and cozy. Nothing extravagant but nice for the money. My sister was not quite as happy as she thought the carpets were not as clean as she thought they should be and one of the beds was damaged and not really useable. There was a foldout bed that did save the day but not the most comfortable. Overall small deficiencies but the stay was nice. A comfortable quiet location.”

We did have a difficult time with communication prior to check in, as the host didn't reply to several messages about how to get in over the 24 hours before our check in. We thankfully just drove to the property early and ran into the cleaner to get in. We also had to pester them for the wifi info.
