Very poor service, I was travelling with foreign colleagues, front desk person Gajanand kept on insisting to show US visa of my colleagues instead of Indian visa, passport etc, clear lack of trained staff, no in room amenities provided unless asked, air conditions doesn’t work properly & breakfast ...
