"What a gem! As I searched for a place to stop on a long journey from Connecticut to Ohio, I discovered the Log Cabin Lodge & Suites, that offered Alpine Lodge style rooms on Hotels.com. I loved it so much that when I drove by again a few days later on the way home, I booked it again, this time the room with a Jacuzzi style bathtub inside the main room. All the walls and ceiling are covered in wood, the furniture is rustic and stylish at the same time, with all chairs, rocking chair, lamps made in wood, probably handmade, each one a little different. Fridge, microwave and electric fireplace are all nice complements for the stay. It's hard to find a cozier place, and affordable! Large free parking and WiFi add to the package, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly, especially Jody. Highly recommended!"

"I know that sounds silly but I love their pillows, it's one of my favorite things about my stay. They're little drops of heaven. I've stayed here many times it's the only place I'll stay at when I come to town. The staff is always so friendly. They're pet friendly also"

"For a pet friendly place.. it was very quiet and clean! The only complaint I had was that the refrigerator didn’t have a small freezer.. so I could not keep my ice cream cold enough or my freezer pacs frozen for longer use! We were very close to the exit.. so my husband was able to walk to the car! That was a major PLUS!! "

"I have been travelling all over N America for business for 30 years. I have stayed at many different types of hotels and motels, and i have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This economy motel was very clean and well run, and the management was very caring and concerned with details. They went out of their way to help accomodate my request to be moved to a ground level room... and they actually called me back to let me know they had done some juggling to make it happen. . They seemed very polite and caring, and took my comfort and the hospitality of the guests very serious. As economy accomodations go, this place is just about the best ive ever stayed at.. in this kind of price range. A very decent place to stay if you are on a budget, ... clean, well maintained, and the management has integrity. I would definitely stay there again!!"
