“I had a service dog with me, just because I stepped out the property for a few without my dog, the way the front desk clerk at the time bought it to my was uncalled for, her tone and the way she delivered the message UNACCEPTABLE ”

“This hotel is very clean, new, and confortable. It’s only 5 minuets to Latrobe airport, about 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh airport. Nice place. ”

“Staff were all friendly and responsive to requests. Room was clean but window was always fogged up and wet. There was what looked like mold around it. It always felt humid in the room even though we had the a/c running. Breakfast was ok except the last day there we were told the stove broke down so there wasn't any eggs, sausage, etc. The tub needs replaced as you can see where it's been patched in several places.”
